Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Certain products (such as personalised items, digital downloads, or intimate goods) cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

1. Email us at nomadic.kangoo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide return instructions.

3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
