Our products are created and fulfilled using Printify, a print‑on‑demand service. Each order is made especially for you. Because of this, returns are only accepted if your item arrives faulty or damaged (see our Returns Policy for details).

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify’s production partners.

  • Production times are usually 4-5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Accuracy of Product Images and Descriptions
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing variations.

6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed. We accept Most payment methods

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of print‑on‑demand products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Third‑Party Services
We work with third‑party services such as Printify for printing and shipping. We are not responsible for their errors, delays, or service interruptions, though we will always work with you to resolve any issues.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
